Clean, nice staff, close to everything you need

Location although slightly out of centre is very close to metro, 20min into centre by train. Hotel parking excellent, Supermarkets and fast food restaurants a very short walk away. Staff very good and helpful. Apartment a good size, a good experience for a reasonably priced accommodation for 4 people.

We loved having a kitchenette and a living room space in addition to the bedroom. Appreciated the secure parking garage below. Conveniently located near public transportation.

People, staff were smart, accommodating, warm, generous, friendly and reasonable. Great at receiving and executing extraordinary instructions. Kindest to pets!

While in Lyon, my wife developed a urinary tract infection. The facility manager arranged for a physician to come to the hotel and the physician examined and prescribed an antibiotic - all for 50 Euros ($58). Truly exceptional customer service and care. Highly recommended!

I liked a separate room with a bathroom and a kitchenette inside, a wonderful view. The accommodation is close to the metro station Cusset.

Great. Rooms simple but large, much more than those of many other hotels in Lyon. Metro stations within a few minutes walk. The area is very calm. Personnel is very kind. Great choice, for short and long stays.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good value. Located within a short distance of 2 metro stations made travel around Lyon cheap and simple.
